- News: The purpose of this notice is to inform you that the Trustee, acting pursuant to Section 8.11 of the Indenture at the direction of the holders of a majority in aggregate principal amount of Bonds Outstanding (the Directing Bondholders), has waived certain Events of Default and defaults under the Indenture, the Lease, and the Loan Agreement.
