- News: This Notice is delivered pursuant to (i) SEC Rule 15c2-12(b)(5) and (ii) the Continuing Disclosure Agreement entered into by Crestview Local School District, County of Columbiana, Ohio (the Issuer), in connection with the issuance of above-captioned Certificates of Participation (the COPs), certain of which remain outstanding. In connection with the issuance of the COPs, a rating on the COPs (in addition to an underlying rating) was obtained based on the bond insurance provided for the COPs by Assured Guaranty Municipal Corp. from the rating service identified below, which rating was set forth in the offering circular relating to the COPs. That rating on the COPs was subsequently changed.
