- News: This notice, delivered pursuant to Sections 8.14 and 8.18 of an Indenture of Trust, dated as of September 1, 2016, (the Original Indenture) by and between California Municipal Finance Authority (the Issuer) and ZB, National Association dba Zions Bank (the Trustee), confirms that: (i) the written consent of the Beneficial Owners has been obtained to change the Maturity Date and interest rate of the original Note from September 15, 2018 and 2.80% to November 15, 2018 and 4.80% (taxable) respectively, with such changes effective as of September 15, 2018; (ii) Interest on the original Note at the current tax-exempt interest rate of 2.80% will be paid to the Beneficial Owners as expected on September 15, 2018; and (iii) in conjunction with the changes to the Maturity Date and interest rate, the following documents will be entered into: (a) Amendment No. 1 to Indenture of Trust (the Amendment No. 1 to Indenture of Trust and together with the Original Indenture, the Indenture), dated as of September 1, 2018, by and between the Issuer and the Trustee, and (b) Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement (the Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement) dated as of September 1, 2018, by and between the Issuer and Open Door Community Health Centers (the Borrower) which will amend a Loan Agreement (the Original Loan Agreement and together with the Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement, the Loan Agreement) dated as of September 1, 2016, by and between the Issuer and the Borrower. Copies of the Amendment No. 1 to Indenture of Trust and the Amendment No. 1 to Loan Agreement are on file at the Principal Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee for inspection by all Owners. All capitalized terms used in this notice but not defined herein shall have the respective meanings which such terms have in the Indenture.
