- News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the terms of the Indenture of Trust (the Indenture) dated as of March 1, 2010 by and between the California Infrastucture and Economic Development Bank (the Issuer) and Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (the Trustee), that the above-referenced bonds (the Bonds) in the amount of $3,700,000 (the Redemption Amount) have been called for redemption on December 22,2016 (the Redemption Date). The Bonds are being called pursuant to Section 3.01(a) of the Indenture at a price of 100% plus accrued interest to the Redemption Date, on which date all interest on said Bonds will cease to accrue. The Trustee will use moneys from the Letter of Credit following a draw on the Letter of Credit to redeem the Bonds. This redemption is conditioned upon receipt by the Trustee of sufficient moneys to redeem the Bonds on the Redemption Date. The Trustee will revoke this redemption notice if the Trustee does not have sufficient moneys under the Indenture to redeem the Bonds on the Redemption Date. All capitalized terms used herein, which are not otherwise defined, shall have the meanings ascribed to such terms in the Indenture.
