  • News: UMB Bank, N.A. serves as trustee (Bond Trustee) for the holders of the above-referenced Bonds pursuant to that certain Bond Indenture dated as of December 1, 2002 (the 2002 Indenture) between Boone County Missouri (the County) the Board of Trustees of Boone County Hospital (the Board of Trustees) and the Bond Trustee and that certain supplemental bond indenture dated June 18, 2008 (2008 Indenture) and that certain supplemental indenture dated July 1, 2012 (2012 Indenture) and that certain supplemental Indenture dated August 28, 2014 (2014 Indenture) (together the 2002 Indenture, 2008 Indenture 2012 Indenture and 2014 Indenture are collectively the Indentures). The Bonds are secured by, among other obligations, all net income and revenues derived by the Board from the operation of the Hospital Facilities including the Lease and all Funds held by the Trustee. The Indenture and other documents evidencing the Bonds and/or the Hospitals obligations associated with the Bonds are described herein as the Bond Documents. Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings given such terms in the Indenture. The Covenant Shortfall Pursuant to section 606 of the Indentures the Board of Trustees, so long as the Lease is in effect and payments there under are current, is to maintain a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of not less than 1.00x. As originally calculated its auditor, the Board of Trustees had a Debt Service Coverage Ratio of 0.66x for the year 2015.
