• News: NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Master Indenture, dated as of May 1, 2001 (as supplemented and amended, the Indenture), between the Authority and MUFG Union Bank, N.A., as trustee (the Trustee), the Authority provided notice of mandatory tender and intention to deliver a substitute credit support instrument with respect to the Bonds, dated May 30, 2017. On June 15, 2017 (the Substitution Date), in accordance with the Indenture and consistent with the above-referenced notice, the Authority delivered to the Trustee a direct-pay letter of credit, dated as of June 15, 2017 (the Substitute Credit Support Instrument), from Bank of America, N.A in substitution for the existing direct-pay letter of credit supporting the Bonds, dated October 16, 2014, issued by U.S. Bank National Association. The Bonds were successfully remarketed by Barclays Capital Inc., as the remarketing agent for the Bonds, on the Substitution Date. The Substitute Credit Support Instrument will expire June 15, 2022.
